“Bayern Insider” Revealed |
That’s why Julian Nagelsmann is so polarizing!
The podcast about FC Bayern with the latest news!
FC Bayern in crisis. The record champions have not had that in the Bundesliga for twenty years in the Bundesliga. But the bosses are behind their trainer Julian Nagelsmann (35). No wonder. The Munich team reportedly transfers up to 25 million euros for their coach to its predecessor club Leipzig. RB previously paid 5 million euros to Hoffenheim for Nagelsmann. A coach has never cost so much. Julian Nagelsmann an exclusive and outgoing trainer.
In the current episode “Bayern Insider” it is revealed: the Nagelsmann file – that’s why the FCB coach polarizes so much!
TSG Hoffenheim (2016 to 2019), point average 1.53: Nagelsmann becomes head coach at the age of 28 and sometimes comes to train with a Triumph motorcycle. He told his star Kevin Kuranyi that being a pro was extremely important, but he didn’t let him play. Colleague Andrej Kramaric complained about the coach: “We are humans, not robots!” The Hoffenheim insider says: “He spoke little or not at all to substitutes.” On the other hand: The coach Nagelsmann ensured success in the club and led TSG to the Champions League. Hoffenheim was a new club after the Nagelsmann era.
RB Leipzig (2019 to 2021), points average 1.94: Nagelsmann becomes an RB trainer at the age of 31 and can be pulled over the RB terrain on skis. He stars such talents as Christopher Nkunku (24). As before in Hoffenheim, other RB professionals can be heard: “As much as the coach talks to the reporters, he hardly ever talks to us.” Nagelsmann also insults Leipzig with his extraversion, often two to three packages of new clothes arrived for him in the RB center. The bosses suffer. On the other hand: The RB insider says: “In Leipzig they cry for him.” Mario Gomez (37), today technical director of Red Bull Soccer International, predicted because of the successful work of the ambitious coach: All coaches after Nagelsmann were doomed from the start. That’s what happened to Jesse Marsch (48) and Domenico Tedesco (37).
FC Bayern (from 2021), points average 2.24: At 33, Nagelsmann becomes the coach of the record champions and sometimes drives to Säbener Straße in a Harley-Davidson. The “Bayern Insider” knows: Players complain that more is set by name than by performance. Ryan Gravenberch’s advisers have already objected and Jamal Musiala also wants more playing time. On the other hand: The constant claim that Nagelsmann talks too little with his players is ramped up, the coach now speaks more internally than ever in the crisis. The bosses don’t blame their coach, they hold the players accountable. CEO Oliver Kahn (53) says: “We have no contact with other coaches. We are completely convinced of Julian!”
After Hoffenheim and Leipzig, Nagelsmann now has to substantiate this confidence with successes in Munich.
